What To Do With Flying Chickens
Our chickens decided to start flying up to the posts of their fence and out of the fence!
I had heard you could clip the wings but really had no idea what it involved and was a little afraid it would be complicated!
A quick Google search and it looked easy!
So Tony and I headed out to give it a whirl.
Tony had a hard time catching the little darlings, so after the first one, I became the catcher/holder and he became the clipper.
It didn’t seem to bother them at all and you can’t even see these under feathers except when you purposefully spread them out.
Another homesteading lesson!
